The Scenario:

Researchers have been conducting mixed methods research for several decades, and referring to it by an array of names. Such designs have referred to them as multi-method, integrated, hybrid, combined, and mixed methodology research (Creswell and Plano Clark 2007: 6). The basis for employing these designs are likewise varied, but they can be generally described as methods to expand the scope or breadth of research to offset the weaknesses of either approach alone (Blake 1989; Greene, Caracelli, and Graham 1989, Rossman and Wilson 1991).

Research Center is organizing an international online workshop "Thorough Analysis-Quantitative and Qualitative Data Analysis" on 18-19 May, 2017  (Thursday- Friday) from 9:30am-5:00pm PST through HD Video Conferencing. The first day of the workshop is designed for the Beginners who have very basic level of understanding of the inferential Statistics and usage of Software SPSS. The workshop is a step by step approach for data analysis, summarizing and presenting data, data estimation, confidence intervals, hypothesis testing, comparing groups, measuring associations, seeing relationships and predictive analysis.

The second day of the workshop is on Qualitative Data Analysis using NVIVO V.11. The NVIVO is intended to help researchers organize and analyze non-numerical or unstructured data. The software allows users to classify, sort and arrange information; examine relationships in the data; and combine analysis with linking, shaping, searching and modeling.

We welcome the the university/institute to join us in conferencing room or a computer lab. The individual participant can participate using a laptop/desktop computer connected with internet. For institutional registration and arrangements, contact us through email (workshops@rctd.org) or Call us (+92 0312-4415574, +92 42 35846988, +971 523560615, +971 558804464,  +1 905 487 1733).
